You always know who's here.
Avatars at the top of every scene show who's currently reading and where their cursor is. When a writer is drafting a line, everyone else sees it appear. When they leave, they leave. No phantom presence, no stale sessions.
02 · Roles & permissions
Showrunner. Staff. Assistant. Guest.
Every seat in the room has a role, and every role has clear permissions. The showrunner locks the outline; staff writers draft scenes; assistants take notes and mark revisions. Guests read but cannot edit. Roles are project-scoped, so a staff writer on one show may be a showrunner on another.
03 · Revisions
Industry-standard revision marks.
Blue Rev 1, Pink Rev 2, Yellow Rev 3. The whole colored-pages tradition, tracked automatically. Change a line and Storyforge marks it in the margin with the current revision color. Print any page as PDF and the marks come with it.
04 · FDX-compliant export
Ships to production without a fight.
